Kiko Long Lasting Stick Eyeshadow 05 Rosy BrownSeptember 9, 2013 at 10:19 pm | Posted in Beauty | 11 Comments
Kiko is an Italian brand I first discovered through my blogger buddy Maria, who introduced me to the brand when she sent me a Kiko face powder in a swap. Since then, I’ve been intrigued by the brand which is currently unavailable outside of Europe. Naturally, during my Europe trip earlier this year, I just had to pop into Kiko stores in Italy.
I picked up this Long Lasting Stick Eyeshadow in 05 Rosy Brown after reading many good reviews about these handy stick eyeshadows.
The handy twist-pen packaging makes this very handy to tote around. I can imagine this would be very handy when I’m travelling.

I was really impressed with how creamy and pigmented this was. I used it directly on my eyelids, and it glided on smoothly without any tugging and was pigmented enough with just one swipe. It’s creamy texture allowed me to blend easily, but once it sets, it doesn’t budge. I use this over an eye primer to prolong the longevity as my days are usually quite long. At the end of my 12 hour day, there was no creasing and very minimal fading, which is very impressive. 05 Rosy Brown is also a great all-over-lid shade that I’ve been wearing along recently out of sheer laziness. There’s a multitude of shades available, from fun bright colour to more neutral ones.
Sadly these aren’t as easily available outside of Europe, so if you have the chance, pick up a few more!
