I’m sure Cargo blushes need no further introduction here on my blog, but in case you missed the previous reviews, check out my posts on Key Largo, Cannes, Catalina, Rome and Mallorca.

The name Laguna reminds me of this MTV show called Laguna Beach, which was kinda like my generation’s Jersey Shore.. lol..

Laguna has the same eye-catching effect as Key Largo, a bright raspberry shade. Laguna here is a bright coral-orange which stands out immediately even to a blush fiend like me.

Swatched in natural light.

Swatched in flash light.

Pigmentation is super intense and the orange tones are more noticeable when applied. This is definitely a shade meant for summer, which is awesome as here in Singapore it’s always summer! Like Key Largo, application is the key to enjoying Laguna as it’s much easier to apply light layers to achieve the intensity you’d like, instead of going in too heavy right from the beginning.. I expect the clown cheeks you’d get wouldn’t be too attractive..

If you’re looking for a coral-orange blush for summer/summer-like weather or a beach vacation, Laguna would fit in perfectly!
