Vitacreme B12 Vita Blanc

I loved the original Vitacreme B12 and finished two tubes of it. When I spotted the Vita Blanc version in Taiwan, I decided to give it a shot.

This Vita Blanc version of the popular Vitacreme B12 claims to be a regenerative cream with a whitening formula. I have some spots and scars I’d like to see lightened so I was hoping this would deliver on those claims.

The tube is similar to the original one which was blue while Vita Blanc is grey.

The cream itself is a thick pinkish cream that’s very rich and moisturising. Similar to the original version, I found it too thick to use in the day, but it works nicely at night and whenever I’m travelling in drier climates. There’s quite a strong flora scent which takes a couple of minutes to fade so those who dislike scented skincare might want to stay away.

I’ve being using this for awhile now, and it doesn’t quite live up to my expectations. It wasn’t particularly effective in lightening my spots/scars, and somehow I felt like the original version did a better job at that! The cream itself is a decent night cream as it’s rich and hydrating, but overall, I think I’ll stick to the original version from now on.
